Summary: No room available and they transferred me to another hotel. Only I came for breakfast and it was good. Parking is 10 Eur daily in their sister hotel or you can park to the road with paying 0,5 Eur per hour between 08:30h-19:30h. Out of these hours and Sundays are free.

Summary: Clean and spacious, within walking distance to both main bus and train stations. Breakfast very good, no decaf coffee but , but the 12pm check out made up for that! Overall very happy

Summary: Life in Bulgaria is very difficult and to run business in Bulgaria is very difficult. Hotel is in excellent location near to bus train station have near underground or Metro which is cheap and excellent connection to everywhere and to the airport. Breakfast was excellent. Only one think I would like to suggest is to have towels in the room not to ask for them . For me as a Bulgarian who leave not in Bulgaria and travel around the world I can say hotel is tree star hotel and definitely I can rate three star hotel. Would I stay again YES. My review was only my honest opinion and I hope to help another people also to make their decisions.

Summary: We didn't end up staying there, because there was a problem with the room. So they sent us to the hotel around the corner (where we were in fact very comfortable). The hotel was very difficult to find. There is a big red sign on the corner; you follow that to similar big red sign on a parking lot gate, that says "Aris Hotel and Restaurant Reception". Haul the suitcases up 4 steps and down 3 to get to the entrance, then up 2 and down 3 to get to reception. . . whereupon they tell us that actually the hotel is back on the other side of the road! I must say, though, that the (real) receptionist was extremely helpful in getting us settled into another hotel. We had breakfast at Aris, and it was good.
